Eric is the Chairman of The Cohen Company Limited LLC and the visionary architect behind the family office. With decades of experience across real estate and business development, Eric provides strategic direction and oversight across all entities, setting the long-term vision for the family's capital and legacy.
President
Mason Cohen
Mason serves as President of The Cohen Company Limited LLC and all portfolio companies (except Sunwise Energy). He oversees day-to-day operations across real estate, data center development, logistics, and capital management — leading execution, deal origination, and strategic growth across the family office's expanding platform.
COO
Nico Cohen
Nico leads Sunwise Energy as the President, overseeing solar project development and operations across the United States and Mexico. As COO of all other Cohen Company entities, he drives operational excellence, infrastructure buildout, and cross-company coordination across the portfolio.
